Abstract:

Marx and Engels' thoughts on urban-rural relations is an important content of Marxism. It points out the reasons for the separation of urban and rural areas， the impact of urban-rural opposition， and the conditions for the realization of urban-rural integration and the overall path， which has the distinctive characteristics of historicity， dialectics and people. Adhering to the guidance of Marx and Engels' thoughts on urban-rural relations will help us scientifically understand and deal with the problems of urban-rural relationship. We must examine urban and rural development from the perspective of dialectical materialism and historical materialism， and promote the balanced and rational allocation of urban and rural resources by cracking the urban-rural dual system， so as to promote the healthy and harmonious development of China's urban-rural relationship.
